Items Import

To import item data: create an item import specification from the fields in the item import template (see "Creating an Item Import Specification").

For the Items import specification, the ItemNumber field is required.
If the default division uses multiple units of measure, the UnitofMeasure field and the EachCount are also required.
External data is required to save the import specification.

External Data

An external data file is a required for the import specification; see "External Data" for more information.

The external data file must contain the fields in the import specification.
In order for the items to import into IntelliTrack, the field order in the external data must match the field order in the specification.
